premium ne fonctionne pas sur le smartphone

Bonjour,
J'ai un compte premium mais malgré cela je n'ai que la lecture aléatoire sur le smartphone. Je suis bien connecté à mon compte et j'ai rechargé l'application sur le smartphone. Mais le problème reste identique je n'ai pas d'autre choix que la lecture aléatoire merci pour votre aide cordialement Jean-Marc
