premium on mobile but showing free on web

hi,

i've got a premium subscription, but when I log in on the spotify website, or more specific on play.spotify.com, my account shows as free.

Is this a known issue?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

It should be premium everywhere.

Have you tried using a different web browser? Try deleting all your cookies, cache etc. then logging in again.

sorry, my bad... specifically logging in with my spotify account after disconnecting facebook completely worked fine 😃

You probably have two accounts then - make sure you only login with Spotify on all your devices 🙂
