premium randomly stopped working

Turned off online playing for a night and when I returned to the app when I woke up it said I was using free and would have to resubscribe to premium. This is the second time this has happened to me. I signed in and out and still says I need to re subscribe. Please help.

What does your account page show if you go to www.spotify.com/account? Have you changed your bank details recently?

How do you pay for premium? Is it through a third party such as your carrier? You need to get in contact with them.
