Hi,

 

I have a Spotify Premium account that I just started getting charged for (I did the 30-day free trial), and it charged me twice. I know that on the Spotify support page it said that it would just automatically put the second payment toward my next month (November), but on my account, it says the next time I'll be charged IS Nov. 2nd. I'm just confused/wondering if my second charge will be put toward Nov. As a poor college student, I'm very concerned about this extra charge.

 

If anyone can fill me in/tell me how to fix this, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Hello, @e_e_stevens! It usually happens when the servers are having a hiccup and things go wrong. There's nothing much we can do for you on the community forums so it's best to get in touch with the payments team. Just get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.
