Hi,

 

i wanted the 99c for three month deal. Have never used Spotify before. Now I only have 7 day trial.

 

How can I fix this?

My problem is similar. I was previously a premium subscriber with account ending before Nov 1, but after paying the 1 month for $9.99, it says that my account will expire and will be charged again in only 1 month, not 3 or 4. Let me know if there's anything I can do. Thanks!

I am so confused about the deals, particularly the family deal promotion.  It promotes a $9.99 month afterwards and below is up to for family members.  when I click on the promotion, it says provides a different about for 4 members.  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. 

 

 

Same problem. I thought I was getting spotify for 3 months for £9.99 but my receipt suggests that I have just got normal spotify for one month.

Hey all, I contacted Spotify directly to see if they can give me an answer.

If you follow the email link to cancel your subscription, if gives you the details of the payment. So mine said I would pay again in March, three months from today. So mine is fine, I don't know if you want to try that

Oh nice. I just tried this and for me it says Jan 28, which would only be 1 mo. so perhaps mine is different.
