I paid for premium and It is still saying I am on free I am not able to listen to my music at all, I have no other accounts and I deleted the app then re downloaded it but nothing is working.

I use my credit card, but it also goes through apple and it says it is paid.

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you cannot purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes.

That is always how I paid for my account though? I've been using it for about 6 months now

Okay but the payment method is not available anymore, sorry. Maybe it'll be available again in the future.
