Is a user with a premium subscription associated with your partner Telia able to access his or her's account on a cellphone that isn't on a Telia provider?

I found a possible flaw and a solution to my problem.

 

On a hunch I uninstalled and reinstalled my spotify client from Play and now it works!

So, my guess is the problem occurs when you switch phones and you're asked to reinstall your apps listed in your google account, as I did.
