I switched from a single person premium subscription to a family premium subscription.  I was told when you do this, you're orighinal premium subscription is automatically cancelled.  Well I have now had family premium for 2 months andhave been charged accordingly; however, the company continued to try and charge me every month for a premium subscription as well.  I have attempted to correct this problem to no avail.
