premium upgrade incomplete

Sorry, today i decided to upgrade my spotify acount to premium (i have sign the 30 days free trial, but have recived an email confirming that i'm a premium user right now). Nevertheless my acount still say that i´m free user and i still cant chance song or listen offline...

Could you help me in this?

Do not worry. I can help you with this issue.

If you have problems, can you please try log out and then log in back? If you also try to log in at Spotify.com with details and can't see Premium, you might have duplicate account. Eg. Facebook account. You might want to try login with Facebook details or any other details you might have with Spotify.

You can use your subscription on Facebook account and cancel it. After this month just make sure you start Premium on your email subscription.

If you contact service, they might be able to transfer subscription over http://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact
