I have just changed phones and my premium service no longer works, have followed all your trouble shooting advice, deleted the app reinstalled app reset pasword etc still no premium? ?

If you could answer the questions below we can get a better idea of what's happening here and help.

1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username?
2. Do you see all your playlists in the account?
3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?

It just logs u in as normal, u can then search music but when u go to play a song it will only alow shuffle play

Yeah i'm aware of that. 

 

What does it say in the top right? Just your username or Facebook name + Avatar?
