Hej

Har haft o betalat för premium ganska länge . Mitt problem nu är att jag har fått nytt betalkort

o därför har inga pengar kunnat dragits från mitt konto. Jag försöker skriva in det nya o få premium igen

men det går inte, The payment fail står det hela tiden. 

Snälla vad ska jag göra.

Sorry for the english reply! Just to let you know I have removed your personal details from your post, just to protect your privacy 😉 (Best not to post those details in public). 

 

Have you added your new card to your online account and then resubscribed? 

 

If you would prefer some support directly get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this via email 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
