I have been paying for premium since i downloaded spotify about a year ago and i am still not receiving the premium benefits. I have logged in and out several times and it still shows that i am under FREE....NOT THE CASE

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
