problème de connexion spotify android

Lorsque je veux me connecter sur l'appli Spotify , il me dit vous êtes en hors connexion alors que j'ai la 4G. 

Je comprend pas. Quelqu'un peut m'aider svp ?

Right now, the community is supported in English. I hope you don't mind me replying like this!

What device and Spotify version are you using? Also, is this happening to a specific section of the app (e.g. Browse) or any section?

In the meantime, try logging out and back in, restarting your device, and using a different device to see if it behaves the same.
