problems changing country

hi,

I can't manage to change the country in order to use my current credit card. My old country is "Italy" and I was using an italian credit card in order to pay the premium account. Now I live in spain and the italian credit card is no longer available, I whis to use a spanish one.

I've followed the instructions here https://support.spotify.com/es/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-can-I-change-my-country-setting

but I think they are not correct. Indeed after I've choose my current living country, he ask me again the credit card details, and after filling those details fields and clicking ok, a message appears saying that this cards is associated to another country and I have to change my country setting in the account.

please how can I solve this?
