problems in payment with paypal

problems in payment with paypal

Hi,

 

I had some problems in payment with PayPal and because of this my abo has been canceled.

Now I would like to know, if the monthly payment will be arranged, will than the premium abo reactive again

or do I have to register a new account?

You will have to resubscribe using the same account if the subscription has expired.

It should just be a case of signing into your online account and following the prompts to re-upgrade to premium/unlimited. All of your playlists and content will be waiting there for you.
