problems with account

okay so one day my account gets logged out of my phone and i seem to cant log in, even if i can log in it gets immediately logged out after a few seconds. the account seems to be still connected to my email and it still charges my credit card for premium subscription but i just cant seem to log in, even if i can it still logs out after a few second and i can only log in to my account on my phone not on other devices. if i try to log in on other devices other than my phone it will just say wrong username or password. if any body has any answers please help.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
