I signed in through face book one time.  once.  and by doing so, spotify used my facebook picture as a profile puicture.  I quicky disconnected from facebook.  I disconnected through spotify, and I went into facebook and disabled the app through there too.  But, spotify STILL grabs the facebook picture....even when I change my facebook picture, spoitify still grabs the new picture....even though I'm disconnected.  How can I remove my picture once and for all without deleting the account and creatiing a new one?
