My Question or Issue

 Just received three mails mentioning that the adress of the participants of my family plan members couldn't be verified and the OWNER of the abo will be notified. Obviosly I'M the owner but haven't received a mail with instructions about what to do.....Within my account I can't fina any info... Sender of the mail is no-reply@spotify.com

 

How should I proceed?!

Hey @denoldes

 

They should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of them being left out.
