"Account is being used somewhere else" but I've logged out of all devices!

"Account is being used somewhere else" but I've logged out of all devices!

I'm having a very frustrating issue - I keep having my music paused, with a warning that my account is being used elsewhere. However, I've changed my password and remotely signed out all devices on my Premium account (have tried this multiple times). Is this a bug, or is there some way my account is compromised?
