"Agree" checkbox doesn't work

Can't get access on Spotify for Artists.

It's all ok from Distrokid, ok account verify,role,email, but "terms and condition" checkbox doesn't work and i can't submit. I read several times terms and privacy stuff, tried with Firefox, Edge, Chrome, mobile devices, but nothing. Someone else?
