"Error" using credit card, charged twice and still free user

I used a credit card to become premium, but Spotify says my card is having a bad day and couldn´t make the payment. I tried it twice but didn´t work. I recieved two messages from my bank saying i made two payments for Spotify, but i don´t even have premium, I'm still free.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

i have the same problem but i've been trying for 2-3 days and nothing i even ended my premium totally and try to upgrade but still that my bankaccount have a bad day, what the **bleep** is going on i need my music!!!!

I have the same issue. Can you help me? What did you do?

Same problem here (Finland) with Visa.
I also tried to pay with paypal and getting same error. It´s not so nice to blame bank or anything else when problem is in your system. Please fix this asap.
