"Log Out All Devices" not working

Today, I decided to log out of all my devices for security purposes. Spotify has a button on the Account page that does just that. After pressing it, it logged me out of my current session. - But thats all it did. Spotify on my iOS device, and my Desktop at home were not logged out.

Anyone else have issues with this?

Are the other devices set to Offline mode by any chance?

I had Offline playlist's downloaded, but the devices themselves were not offline, no.
