"Login Failed" can't login

I tried to login on the spotify app but it says i can't because i'm not connected to wifi even tough I am connecte to wifi.  Why and how can I fix it so I can listen to music?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.
