"No support to make subscription"

When I try and upgrade to a family subscription I get the attached message. It's quite irritating, so does anyone know how to upgrade successfully? Thanks

You should reach out to Spotify Support, as recommended in the error message. The team can be contacted through the following the channels:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
