"Oops, looks like your credit card company is having a bad day..."

"Oops, looks like your credit card company is having a bad day..."

I was had been a premium user for 3 months, but randomly it switched back to a free acount withouth me changing it. When I try to put my credit card information back in to re-subscribe to premium no matter what credit card I use it says something like, "Oopps, looks like your credit card company is having a bad day..." Any thoughts?

Spotify team is aware of the issue and they are investigating.

I would suggest you to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into getting this sorted for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
