"Playback paused, your account is in use somewhere else"

"Playback paused, your account is in use somewhere else"

Okay so ive had Spotify premium on my devices (Laptop, IPad, and Phone Im surrounded by them atm so no one has my device) for about a year now, and now my music is constantly being paused. Its pausing because it says my account is in use somewhere else. I wouldnt know where it is because i dont give my account out. So I'm guessing someone else has gotten onto my account, is there a way to purge them from my account? Or see if there is actually someone on my account and not just the app being buggy.

In this case, we'd like you to log out of every device from your account page. Also, we recommend that you change your password for extra safety.

 

Let us know if after that, you still see the same.

I tried logging out of all devices and changing my password but the problem persists. I've also tried uninstalling Spotify and reinstalling but it keeps pausing because " it's being used somewhere else".
