"Recently Played" showing unrecognized music

Lately my "Recently Played" list has shown polish music that I have definately not been listening to. I have logged out of all sessions and still the problem persists. I think someone is using my account. I changed my password and it didn't help. Am I being hacked?

If you believe that your account has been compromised, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence. Please make sure that this is an email that is not compromised, and that you have access to it!
