My Question or Issue

Whenever I try to take an account action (Changing password, upgrading to premium) I get a "Something get wrong" error.  I've tried everything I can on other solutions for the error but to no avail.  Thanks.

Would you mind trying again from an incognito window and a different browser?

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you try using a different internet connection?

Unfortunately, I tried both options multiple times on both my phone and chromebook but they were unable to work.

Would you mind try clearing your browser's cache and check if that makes any difference?

 

On another note, we'd suggest trying again on a different device.
