"Something went wrong": Spotify Artists

"Something went wrong": Spotify Artists

Hi

I distribute through Distrokid and went through process and found my artist page. But after login it says "Something went wrong... we need more details". When I press ok it just goes back to search page for the artist name and so goes around and around.

 

Can anyone help?

Okay, that's odd then.

 

Can you try requesting access via https://artists.spotify.com/c/add-artist?

Unfortunately it does the same thing and goes round the houses again to the same message.

Can you give it a try on a different device and/or on a different browser?

Tried different browsers and devices no luck.

Wrote to main help at spotify but no response

Same problem. I distribute through CD Baby and can't access to my dashboard of audience, streams, etc.
