I'm trying to change my payment method to add my new card and when I put in my address, an error message appears saying "something went wrong" and it won't let me proceed. Not sure if it's an issue with my address or what?

Let's try some simple tips that might help... Could you try to change your payment method using an Incognito tab on your browser or using another one? It is also worth trying to use another device to do it.
