I've also been having the same problem for the last 3 days! Seems no amount of reinstalls or signing in and out will fix it. Both on PC and on Android app.
I have exactly the same issue (and also need to submit an upcoming release!)
Spotify really need to fix this now. It's been days. Please please.
Same here starting last Thursday.
The app works fine, but the browser version also gives me the "Something went wrong"-screen.
I can log into Spotify in the browser, but when I want to go to my account (for artists) it gives me that error-screen
Tried different browsers and devices, also cleared cache and everything.
Nothing seems to work. There are more people facing the same problem, though.
