"Spotify has been paused..." still happening after 2 password resets

Hi,

I still get the error message "Spotify has been paused because your account is being used somewhere else." after reseting my password and logging out of all devices twice. 

It's happening quite randomly. Sometimes after listening for 30 minutes, but sometimes after only a few minutes of listening. Quite annoying.

Any help fixing this would be appreciated.

Hi there! The best course of action here would be to try a clean reinstallation of the application.

No, unfortunately the problem still persists. I reinstalled on both Mac and iPhone, just in case.

Any thoughts? Very annoying to unpause after every n minutes.
