"Student credentials are associated with another account" but is associated in the same account

Hello! I'm having problems with going for spotify student. I have already been verified by sheerid and was given the email to activate it. I have entered my card details but it did not go through for some reason. I tried to relog into my account and tried to enter into spotify student again but now it says that it had been associated with another account. I already confirmed that I have only associated my student credentials in this account and none other. When I tried registering for sheerid again it says that I've already used my offer. Please help!
