I'm having a really tiring problem with this Spotify thing....
I created a premium Family account. The whole family has been listening to their music - no problems.
Suddenly!
Spotify sends an email asking me to change my password because it detected strange behavior on the account(?)
The best part is that I have 4 hours to change my password and I can't log in until I change it(??)
Why why why!
After I change the password, a few days pass and the account is closed ( deleted ) without any reason. They do not even send an email with this information.
When i try to open new account with this email i have this:
"This address is already associated with an existing account ?"
And about the refund I can only dream ...

Just to clarify, an account can't be deleted automatically and without a notification, so no worries, in this case, we suggest reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a look backstage at what happened and give you a hand with this.
