"Your Last Payment didn't work" error

"Your Last Payment didn't work" error

I have a premium account and since last weekend Spotify are charging me about last payment, but I've payed on July and also have the receipt (number 1138366414016).

 

I couldn't find the support area and I will cancel my account, because I'm paying for nothing.
