"send an invite" tap not available on my "premium for family" page

"send an invite" tap not available on my "premium for family" page

Hi, 

 

i've changed my plan to "premium for family" yesterday but still there's no "send an invite" tap to invite another account for my family member to open another account. 

 

Why is that, please advise.

Hi @jameslookchin, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

We had a little hiccup with the page to manage your family subscription before, but everything should be working fine now. Can you try to send the invites again? We suggest that you do it from a Goolge Chrome incognito window if possible.

i just changed yesterday and i am having the same issues... it just doesn't come up when I click mange your family accounts.

James did you get this to work?  I switched from premium to the family plan and now when I click on the family plan to send invites that part of teh screen is blank.  ie I can't send any invites.
