ramdom charge on my credit

Hi, I am getting ramdom charge on my credit card of 18$ (and sometime twice a month) wile I am paying my premium subscription by Paypal which is only attached to my bank account. How to stop this?

Right now, Spotify doesn't offer any Premium plan for $18.00, so I recommend checking your bank statement to see which company is charging you this amount.
