random playlist in my account

Hey, I was palying music on my laptop and for some reason the music sarted changing mid song to random music, that wasn't in my playlist and a lot of random playlist were aded, what's wrong? I changed my password, but how to prevent this from happening agian and if it was somebody else logging into my account how to disconect them?

Goto https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ and  click on logout at the end of the page.
