re accessing my premium account after card details changed

re accessing my premium account after card details changed

I have been a premium subscriber for a long time now. My card details have recently changed so I have updated my account with the new one. The problem is this has reduced me to a free subscription in the mean time and I cant see how i can reactivate my account to premium without either

1. waiting until next month when the payment comes out
2. repurchasing premium

Can you advise what is the quickest way to get my account back to premium?

I am travelling to the US in a week and would like to have all my music available by then.

Have you already been charged for this month? If so, you should have premium - if not, just purchase it again.

Hi there Charlie, I ve literally just done the same thing, how did it go for you? Is there anything I can do. I don't particularly want to wait for a month to access my music

I have had the saem problem and written to the contact sentre and got a reply that told me to look in the community, so i have done and found this thread but no reply from Spotify, this is really poor serivce.....do thay want to loose valuabel subscribers? its really frustrating!

 

do you manage tot sort the problem on your own?
