'recently played' shows music I didn't listen to. hacked or glitch?

My Question or Issue

For a few months now I have some music in my recently played section that I didn't even listen to or know. My account is part of a family subscription and as far as I checked none of my family members is using my account.

I checked if there was another device besides my phone registered in my account, changed my password and email adress but nothing changed.

It's weird that even when I stop a song midway, close the app and come back later, seeing that some other music seem to be played while I was gone, the song remains exactly where I left it.

I have no idea if that means that someone hacked my account or it's just an error or a glitch in the system. It's highly annoying and I hope someone can help me with this and tell me what I can do.
