** recover HACKED account

I was on a live chat and it exited out before completely starting my problem. 

They were able to recover my playlists from my hacked account, however I was hoping to also get the saved songs from my library on my new account, as well as ensure that my old hacked account has been deleted. 

Please let me know if there is a way to get back in touch with a live advisor, and verify that this issue is totally resolved.
