Hello Kemp1042 !

I'm sorry to hear that your account was hacked. 

If you are attempting to recover playlists, I recommend that you go to Spotify online and log in. If you scroll down, you will find a section labelled "recover playlists" and if you go there, you should be able to access and recover your playlists!
