recovering a lost account

alright so this is my working theory. I got i notificaiton on facebook that someone logged in to it in a country that i dont live in so i reset passwords and all that. my spotify was linked to that facebook but its also linked through email. now it says neither the email or the facebook are connected to active spotify accounts. however the username still works but whenever i use the username to send a password reset email it doesnt get sent to my email. is there a way i can get this account back or do i need to just cancel the payment and make a new one
