Hi my name is ken Daykin  I signed up for Spotify in Nov/Dec 16 had the free trial and then paid one month’s fee £9.99    I then found Spotify was not for me so cancelled it with you.

I have been billed for £9.99 in Jan/Feb 17 which has been taken through my Paypal account     Could you please refund this payment and then remove all my details held by you off your data base.   If no refund is paid back to my Paypal ksom@hotmail.co.uk account by 01 March 2017 then I will be left no option but to take this matter further.  Apologises if all information is not listed here but this is all the information I have.
