release my email from facebook login please

I want my email that is currently being used to sign in with the log in with facebook feature to be seperate from facebook and the help steps said to contact thru email to get that email removed from facebook login, so I can create a new account with it seperately. I have tried twice, and both responses were automated and did nothing. I need an actual manual override on my email.

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
