remove / block a follower

Hello spotify community, I would like you to help me add an option on the platform to be able to delete or block a follower, since they still do not have this option that several that I know would like to be available already, please help me with this.

You are correct this is not currently an option, but there is an Idea proposed in this thread you are welcome to follow and vote on. If it gains enough consistent support, it's possible that Spotify will eventually implement.
