reset devices please

Hi, I've reflashed both my HTC One X and my Asus Transformer during the weekend and now can't disconnect any devices in order to sync my iPod which I was hoping on using for work tomorrow (it's already 8:45PM here, would like to sync before bed.

All of a sudden it worked again last night, but I haven't got any confirmation that you have cleared my devices or not?

Hi thagel - A moderator hasn't reset your devices as of yet.

Currently you've got 2 Androids and an iPhone linked to your account (you're allowed 3 devices per account). Happy to leave it as it is? if not just give us a shout and we'll reset those for you.

Hi, then it must have been something temporary that stopped me from syncing at first.

Well, then I really don't have to reset them 🙂 Seems to be working now.

Oh, but could you please remove my ticket too? I made a ticket first then posted in the forums since it said that it could go faster to get support this way.
