reset password email not being received plus online form

I opened up a premiue family account this morning and got directed to a page to invite families members which I have done so. time lasped and I needed to re log in - but seem to have got my password wrong. 

I tried to reset my password have done approx 30 x and have had not email sent to me to reset it. I have checked with bank to see if funds have been taken and they have so I know the account was set up.

I have spent about 3 - 4hrs trying differnet things inclduing what previous people have suggested eg online fomr clik here and I do so no ticket number sent. I have tried from another email account and I have tried from different browsers.

I am at my wits end my son has managed to log on the only one thought the link I sent him before I got locked out. the rest of us cant I think it might be to do with our email address it finishes in .net  our son used his google email account.  

The only way I can post this is I have set up a free account with my gmail. DESPRATLY seeking help on this matter thank you

That doesn't sound good. Have you tried checking your Spam folder? Sometimes emails like to hide in there 🙂

If it's still missing, you can try reaching Spotify via social media Twitter or Facebook. Make sure to include any necessary information about the account you need help with so that they know which you are referring to.

However, keep in mind that support usually gets back within a day or two.
