restaurant using spotify

i just was at a restaurant and they were using spotify as music. isn't that illegal for a business? is there anywhere to report?

Yes this is against Spotify's terms of use.

Unfortunately there is no process in place to report these offenses.

That's so strange cause there're many albums related to that topic, like. "coffe restaurant, restaurant background, jazz restaurant, etc.."

To be honest, I know the only restaurant that allows its users to play your own music as when I was in Golden Corral restaurant, there a man put his own music, and all in all it's awesome restauran, but I don't know where it's located else instead of 570 S 24th St W, Montana...
