restore my account and pay my subscription

Hi, recently i missed a payment and now my card has money and im ready to pay it, but my card keeps being decline. To the beginning, i tought it was a problem related to my account so i delete it, but it wasnt that. Now i would like to restore my account (it was my facebook account, now im using an other account to contact you) and i would like to pay my subscription (family pack).

 

ps: sorry for the mistakes, my first language is french.
